René A. Koechli is the founder and managing director of KoTrusco Ltd. He has been involved in international trust and offshore services since 1994. Over the last 30 years he has also developed considerable expertise in the commercial banking industry.

During his professional activities with various reputable trust companies such as Rothschild and Credit Suisse Group, he was member of their management committee for many years. René Koechli received a Master of Business Administration and became a Swiss Financial Planning Expert. He is fluent in German, English, French, and has some knowledge in Spanish.

René Koechli is a Swiss citizen. He regularly plays tennis and occasionally piano. His other preferences are kite-surfing, snowboarding, skiing, trekking and acting as a official chair umpire for Swiss Tennis.
